The health and safety of our dancers is a priority at Duet Dance Academy. We provide a fun, safe environment for our dancers by having a state of the art facility along with safety procedures and policies.

• We help protect dancers' bodies and joints with our professional sprung flooring system. Why is this important?

• We conduct background checks on all our employees.

• We have security cameras located throughout the studio to monitor classes and teachers.

• We have strict policies that prohibit one-on-one contact between instructors and students, similar to UMC's Safe Sanctuary program and BSA's Youth Protection guidelines.

• We have a relationship with a licensed physical therapist who specializes in dance. In addition to helping dancers recover from injuries, she works with our teaching staff training them in programs and methods to minimize injury, develop proper dance skill/form, and condition/strengthen dancers' bodies.​
